11. The sailor`s right to repatriation (including mode of transport and place of return) and the circumstances in which the sailor is required to honour or reimburse the owner of the vessel for the repatriation costs. 12. The maximum amount paid by the ship`s owner to the sailor as compensation for the loss of personal property from the loss or sinking of the vessel. 13. Information about a collective agreement that is included (in whole or in part) in the collective agreement or otherwise relevant to it. 4. Payment policy4.1. Unless a credit has already been identified with the customer, complete customer credit card data is required before guaranteeing an investment.

The customer is therefore required to provide the necessary credit card information for this purpose.4.2. Payment is debited from the credit card only if the full payment has not been received in accordance with this directive (see below).4.3. An additional 3% of the intermediation fee is charged in case of credit card payment.4.4. Full-time internships: payment must be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the start of employment;4.5.
